Under normal construction, the service life of cement plastics is more than 20 years, but there are the following points for attention when making cement plastics.
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel is needed for the internal welding of outdoor cement plastics to prevent the corruption of the internal structure. Hot-dip galvanized steel has a service life of 20 years longer than other steel, but indoor plastics need not be considered.
2. Welding rust removal, welding slag should be removed after the completion of welding, and then rust-proof paint should be painted to prevent rust and corrosion. Weld joint is the most easily rusted part. It is very easy to rust in water.
3. Angle steel is a commonly used supporting material for cement plastics stone. It needs to be fully welded during welding to achieve surface welding. Surface welding is needed between angle steel and angle steel, and between angle steel and reinforcing steel bar to enhance welding fastness.
Two. Surface layer
1. Proper marking of cement mortar can lead to cracking and alkali production. Therefore, it is very important to mix properly marked cement mortar. The commonly used marking is 1:1, 1:1.5. The determination of the marking of cement mortar also needs to be based on different cement characteristics.
2. The thickness of cement mortar, ordinary cement mortar by manual smearing, thickness of about 2 cm. The thickness error of artificial coating is large, the thin part is about 1 cm, and the thick part is about 3 cm, which results in uneven stress on the surface of cement plastics.
3. Maintenance, the curing period of mortar after solidification is 7 days. After full maintenance, the strength of mortar is high and alkali-prone. The common cement-plastics-stone construction site can not reach the curing period, and the strength of the surface layer can not reach the standard. The maintenance time should be paid special attention to during construction.
