假山塑石出現掉色開裂怎麽辦?

  GRC假山岩片在製造過程中,麵層通常采用素漿噴塗工藝,素漿凝固後構成紋理外表,素漿中無沙石等骨料的參加,構造性會大大降低,後期會構成零落,假山外表顏色的零落,其實就是素漿的零落,拚接縫開裂跟GRC水泥的強度有很大的關係,GRC水泥與普通矽酸鹽水泥相比,特性是快速凝固,缺陷是凝固後的構造強度較差。

  以上的問題均能夠采用簡單修複的工藝完成,拚接縫開裂修複采用GRC水泥重新塗抹、粘合,重新作色也能處理假山的掉色問題。

  假如是假山塑石內部的鋼構造選材和焊接不到位,會招致GRC假山後期的破損,以至倒塌,如立即采取修複,能大大進步假山的運用壽命,如若耽誤太久,內部骨架受損率較高,則無修複可能,隻能推倒重建。
