In the production of plastic rockery, the skeleton is mainly made of steel structure, and there are wood skeleton, masonry skeleton and other ways to replace it in the market, but the mainstream is steel structure skeleton. The steel structure skeleton is divided into two parts, the main support skeleton and the reinforcement layer skeleton. The main support skeleton mainly bears the weight of the whole plastic rockery, and is connected with the foundation. The materials are angle steel, channel steel and I-beam; No. 6 and No. 6.5 round steel are used to weld the reinforcement layer skeleton to create the general shape of the rockery, so as to shape the rockery texture in the later stage. The reinforcement layer skeleton bears the weight of the rockery texture surface layer in the later stage, and is welded together with the main support skeleton to increase the stability of the overall rockery.
Skeleton fabrication is a kind of concealed work in engineering, and it needs to be strictly checked before concealment. In outdoor construction, the framework shall be treated with anti rust and anti-corrosion, and painted with anti rust paint and anti-corrosion paint to achieve the maximum degree of anti rust and anti-corrosion; if the framework can be made of hot-dip galvanized material, it must be made of hot-dip galvanized material.
